Not at all. Our classes are designed for all experience levels, including complete beginners. We'll teach you everything you need to know from day one.

Getting started is easy. Simply give us a call or send us a text, and we'll help you schedule your free trial class. When you arrive, we'll walk you through our programs and membership options, answer any questions you may have, and introduce you to our training curriculum so you can feel confident stepping onto the mat.

Comfortable form fitting athletic clothing , easy to remove shoes and plenty of water is all you will need for your first class. If you decide to continue training, we'll help you find the right gear
