  • Not at all. Our classes are designed for all experience levels, including complete beginners. We'll teach you everything you need to know from day one.

  • Getting started is easy. Simply give us a call or send us a text, and we'll help you schedule your free trial class. When you arrive, we'll walk you through our programs and membership options, answer any questions you may have, and introduce you to our training curriculum so you can feel confident stepping onto the mat.

  • Comfortable form fitting athletic clothing , easy to remove shoes and plenty of water is all you will need for your first class. If you decide to continue training, we'll help you find the right gear

  • You'll learn fundamental techniques, participate in drills, and get a feel for how classes are run. There is no pressure to know anything before you start. 

  • Safety is one of our top priorities. Classes are structured and supervised, and students are taught how to train responsibly with their partners.

  • No. Getting in shape is one of the benefits of training. Come as you are and we'll help you build strength, endurance, and confidence over time.


  • No. People begin training at all ages. Jiu-Jitsu is about technique, not just athleticism, and classes can be adapted to your individual abilities and goals.


  • Not unless you're comfortable doing so. New students are introduced to training at a pace that matches their experience level. 


  • Absolutely. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective martial arts for self-defense, teaching control, leverage, and practical techniques for real-world situations.

  • Yes. While competition is never required, we support students who want to test themselves through local and national tournaments.
